Sad face

I just recently received VIB status. I was told that after I spend 50$ in a Sephora store, that I can book a free in store makeup session 😀. I did that easily because there is so much quality stuff. I could not book it in store. I then left 😔 I went in again and spent again. This time I went to the checkout to ask if I ould book with her, as I don’t know how. She said no. I then left 😔 ... Another day a girl said that I had to go online to book. She did not say where. I tried Sephora, Sephora Insder 😔 I went in again. This lady was helpful. She told me that I needed to download the app. And spend $50 the same day after the makeup session. I said I am VIB now and the email said it was free. She said yes and showed me how 🙂. I am now booked in. I really wish I did not miss out before. 😔🤔🙂. Missing out sucks.

Hi this was at the Cornwall Centre in Regina. I am really not good at technology. Thankyou for getting back to me. I am not even sure how to claim my rewards. And I wish I was better at it. 😔🤷🏼‍♀️.
