STOLEN PACKAGE

I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order with almost $500 that were all things that were supposed to be gifts when I go on vacation. They claim the package was delivered and the proof of delivery  shows a house near mine, bbut when I got home to look around there was nothing. I contacted sephora agents at least 4 times and they all said they they can’t refund or reship because of company policy. I have this order broken up into 4 payments and have no idea how the hell im going to dispute the charges as I think Chase won’t allow  it 4 times. I’m stuck on what to do.
