SEPHORA keep cancelling my orders

I've been placing orders multiple times today, and it keeps cancelling my order, but I don't know why, like 8 times now. Then I switched to my laptop and ordered the same things, but the thing I noticed was that the beauty offer that I applied + the samples I chose, next to it, there was a sentence that said, "This item is not available for other fulfillment options." I still placed orders on my laptop, but then it kept automatically cancelling my orders. The thing is if you guys—SEPHORA—CAN'T SHIP THESE TO OUR HOME, DON'T SHOW IT bc it is actually getting annoying. And if you guys can't ship it, don't put it up on the website. 😭
