Rouge Status questions? Am I Rouge or not?

So today I went to Sephora and I did some shopping there and it was all okay. However upon logging on Sephora to check my status on a order, it said "Rouge". I didn't know I had Rouge status, I don't know if I am or not, because when I was paying I was not informed like when I reached VIB. They didn't mention anything about me reaching Rouge status so I'm very confused. As normally when you reach a new status you receive a new insider card (I think, they didn't mention they ran out of cards or anything.) As I've only been recently shopping at Sephora I'm still kind of "new", if anyone can explain it would be really helpful! Thanks.

Hi @favealex I see that you are indeed VIB Rouge. We are no longer offering the physical cards and you can access your Rouge card on the app. The next time you are in store you can pick up your Rouge gift, just mention it to the Cast Member!
