Rouge Referral Link Not Working!!

Hi! I sent the "invite now" link/referral link to my friend who has an existing Sephora account to receive 20% from my Rouge Status, however it doesn't work at all. Please help or provide a new code/link!

Same! I tried to send a referral invite link but I keep getting redirected to my own profile.

My apologies! Our teams were able to fix this and I believe you should be able to see your link on your BI Summary page now. https://www.sephora.com/profile/BeautyInsider

After your friend clicks the link and signs in, they should screenshot the promo code. The code will also be emailed to them. If you're still not able to see your link, please let us know.

Hi @wvgossipgirl You should be able to copy the link under your Beauty Insider Summary page! On the app, select your name at the bottom, select Beauty Insider Summary, then copy the link under the Bring a Friend section! You can share this link with your friend. After they've clicked the link and logged in, they'll receive their one-time use 20% discount via email. If you have additional questions or concerns, please send me a PM.

The friend only needs to click the link once, then check their email for the promo code. The friend should check their email inbox and junk folders for the code. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up!
