Rewards stopped working and no samples available

So looks like the free rewards (if you spend a certain amount of money) stopped working a while back. There’s not even a page with them anymore. But now it looks like they’re stopping free samples too. It only shows 3 available and when trying to add any of them it keeps showing out of stock. With the prices being higher at Sephora than at other stores it’s not looking good for Sephora anymore.

@natfed  Do you mean the Beauty Offers page? I still see it on the US site:

Or do you mean the Rewards Bazaar? I still see that page too. I can’t speak for the app experience since I very rarely use it; I always use Sephora’s website instead. 

I did notice samples at checkout are now sometimes flagged as OOS. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or a new feature—and if it’s the latter, maybe the checkout flow knows which warehouse/fulfillment center people’s orders will come from (location-based, perhaps) and can now do realtime sample inventory. Interesting.
