The lack of care/ deliberate ignorance of the rewards program is completely unacceptable and manipulative. I made a point on July 1st to log in at 9:00AM to use my thousands of points saved, and the rewards over 500 points were "sold out". 

When customers spend thousands of dollars with an enticing rewards program, there should be some accountability held as this has been an issue for years, (many posts from loyal customers with the same concern).

I absolutely agree. I am so sick of never getting the chance to get the higher category items. They are always sold out.
