Reward points for Dropping off empties

I dropped off an empty at a sephora near me, and they told me to scan a QR code to get my points. We scanned it about 10 times, and nothing popped up, so they told me my points would probably be delivered to my app randomly one day since I scanned the QR code. Itโ€™s been two days, and I still havenโ€™t received my points. ๐Ÿ˜ž

I had the same issue.. Impossible to have the point after scanning with the latest Android sephora App...
