Review Submission Error

For the last week or two I have been trying to type & Post a review of The Skinfix Barrier+ Foaming Cleanser.  Admittedly, some of my reviews are long, so I thought this was an error.  So I copied and pasted it to my Word program.  Over the past few days I have tried different approaches and have run into the same error.
I do like to leave reviews for other potential buyers so they know if this is the Product for them or not.
While I do understand Sephora.com running into problems, when you are asked "How did you like your purchases?"  and you go to leave a review only to run into this message, or "Due to a negative comment" you wonder "Why?".  
This is not what I was doing here.  As stated earlier, I do have the tendency of leaving long novel length reviews.  
I really hope this issue is resolved shortly as this is the second issue I have run into in the past few months. Thus far, the main issue I have SEEMS to be resolved.
If it is due to the fact someone has left a review and they have forgotten, or it's being reviewed or is lost in the system, something needs to be done to let Us know and choose which review we wish to leave.
If this is a Technical issue, if you can give us a time frame or a Product, please let us know when to expect to come back to try.
Looking forward to this issue being resolved as quickly as possible.

I'm so sorry to hear about this! I reviewed our system and regretfully, it does not appear your review was successfully submitted which may be the reason I was unable to locate it. Have you tried submitting your review on a different browser and/or clearing your cookies?
