Returns

Why when returning items through the mail does it seem to take forever? It’s been 10 days since it shipped back to MD. It was is supposed to be delivered on 3/14 to Aberdeen, MD and somehow left Hagerstown, MD and went to WV and then was sent back to Hagerstown, MD and was supposed to be delivered to the destination (Aberdeen, MD) today 3/18 and yet nothing.
I’m just confused as to what’s going on.

 

I should have just taken the item back to the store.
