What is the return policy for items purchased on line, what is the time frame ?

@lisa7788 If you are not satisfied with your item, you are welcome to make a return or exchange. If you return within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment. If your return is made 31-60 days after the purchase, you can do an exchange or get a merchandise credit in store. Is anything unused, unopened, with a receipt past the 30-60 day window able to be returned for store credit or an exchange or is that at a store manager’s discretion?

@TinyMe90 The store should be able to assist with a return/exchange within our return/exchange policy timeframe if the item is unused/gently used and you have proof of purchase. Our stores will not be able to assist with purchases made outside of the 60 day timeframe. You can learn more about our return/exchange policy here:
