Returns Sent via Canada Post - not being picked up by Sephora?

Hello,

So last week I sent three returns to Sephora (Missisauga warehouse). They reached the destination but were "scheduled for delivery next business day." They have been set to that status for a week now. I am concerned because Canada post has a policy where non-retrieved items will be shipped back to sender if item is not picked up in 14 days. 

Why isn't any Sephora employee picking up the returns? Usually I return something and it is picked up/officially delivered the next business day after attempted delivery. What is going on?

I spoke to someone on the phone and they indicated that it takes time for the item to get to the warehouse, but the item has been at the destination since Sept 25 and the status has read "item rescheduled for delivery next business day." I've just never had it take over a week before. It looks like this status did not change today. The following is one tracking number, but I shipped back 3 packages in total and they all have the same tracking status:

 

Also, I cannot seem to direct message you as when I click your username it comes up as an error.
