Returning a product bought in a jcp sephora to a sephora- empty product

Hi,

I recently bought a kit from a JCPenney Sephora. Overall I thought the price was too high for the value of the samples but the fact the one of the sample size products was completely EMPTY was extremely disappointing. I want to return the kit. I have the receipt but I bought it in a JCPenney Sephora in another state. Can I return it to a Sephora store in my state? (not in a JCPenney)

Our freestanding Sephora stores should accept your Sephora inside JCPenney purchase. Just ensure that it is within the return time frame and provide your receipt at the time of your return!
