“Returned and Paid”

“Returned and Paid”

I placed and order and realized that it was being shipped to an address I no longer had access too. I contacted customer support by phone & they let me know they put a ticket request in to have the order either cancelled or returned to the warehouse. However, I received an email saying my order was shipped, but when I went into my account, it now says “returned & Paid” so was the order shipped or not?
