Hi everyone so I bought the laneige  lip sleeping mask I tried it on just a bit (did not use applicator) and made my lips super dry can I return it?

Also I got the sephora vitamin tonic cucumber one and I opened it but the smell threw me off so I did not use it just opened so can I return that too? 

How do returns work? I bought these products online!
