Return without packing slip

But we will still get a refund, yes? Sephora employees always emphasize to me that I never have to keep receipts because they can look up my purchase with my Beauty Insider ID. But now with stores closed, & I don’t have the packing slip that came with my order, I’m worried I won’t get my refund.
