Return with gift card

Hi, 

I will be sending back a product that I bought but gave me an allergic reaction. I paid half of my order with a gift card (50$) and the rest was paid with my credit card. How will I receive the refund? Will it be all refunded on my credit card? I want to make sure that I received the whole refund and not a part of it only.

@queencobiann Does your receipt show how the return was processed? If it was processed to a credit card, it can take a few business days, depending on your financial institution.

@natpiche The portion paid by gift card will be refunded to online store credit and the portion paid by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. If you are only sending back one item from a multi-item order, your credit card will be refunded first and then any remainder will be issued as online store credit.

How long does this take, I returned some items in store from an online purchase. I don’t see the refund back on the original gift card and I don’t see online credit and she didn’t give me a gift card either.
