Return policy

Hello, 

 

Today, I returned an item I purchased online. I placed my order on November 6th, but did not receive it until 10 days later. The person at the checkout l, who informed me he was a manager, would not listen to reason and issued me a gift card. Technically, the 30 days return should begin from the date you receive it or Sephora needs to step up next day delivery. This policy is not fair to all of the customers who spend their hard earned money at Sephora. 

Every other store I have purchased items from online considers the date you received your order as the beginning of any return policy.

Same thing happened to me. How would I know I need to return the product if I have not received it yet? If that were possible, I should be able to return it the same day I ordered it. I’ll never shop at Sephora again after the way I was treated.

Same thing happened to me. Sephora is so sketchy that they are doing this to people. I personally will never shop at Sephora again. 

FYI - the canned reply to these posts by their employee shows how little Sephora cares to fix an issue that is totally misleading for their online customers.

@turbogirl I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our return policy. The return time frame does start from the date your order was placed and I will share your feedback with the appropriate department.
