Return issue - please HELP

I returned four packages containing holiday purchases in January. After not hearing back on the status of those returns for over a month, I contacted Customer Service yesterday. The first rep referred to a product I didn't purchase. The second and third rep told me that my returns were "outside of the 90-day return limit" (90 days, that's what they said). When I asked for an explanation on when exactly my packages were received, I got the same response with no information. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was thanked for my feedback. Can someone please help me? If my packages were delayed, that may be due to the backlog Canada Post was experiencing at the time because of the lengthy postal strike. I asked Customer Service about that, but they wouldn't address my question, or any question. I'm also wondering, even though my returns should have been received within the return window, what happened to the holiday return policy? These are holiday purchases mailed back in January. Last year, holiday purchases qualified for an extended return period, even if they were purchased in November. I'm also wondering why I did not get a notification that there was a problem with my returns when they were received, but instead had to follow up myself in search of my refund? I'm really perplexed. I've been a loyal Sephora customer since they first started in the US, and this just has me scratching my head. Please help. Thank you.
