Remove my address from Postal Mail List

I have non stop problems with sephora account because any updates i did in my account wasn’t visible in the system , one year ago i changed phone number but every time i went to store they didn’t see my new phone number , few months ago i changed my address and it didn’t update , it seems any actions from my side is not visible in the system . Recently i got advertisement from sephora to my old address , however in my account Postal mail is unsubscribed . I contacted month ago by chatting to update my new address and respond was that they updated my address . I contacted also to remove my name and address from Postal mail list , i don’t want to receive any advertisement from Sephora by mail to old or new address , but not sure if my request was accepted , it seems service for customers is not good .

@Oksana27 You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

i tried to sent message to you but it doesn’t work from website of my laptop . I can’t understand why any actions i do on website of sephora in my account nothing is accepted . I changed phone number year ago , in my account showed correct number but in the system of sephora they didn’t see my new phone number . The same happen later , i added new home address and deleted old in my account on website , but when i ordered package i got confirmation email with my old address and canceled this order after contacted with assistance from sephora and they didn’t see my new home address  but in my account was my new address as default address but it didn’t work . Now i have Postal Mail and Email unsubscribed all the time since i registered my account , but recently Sephora sent advertisement postal mail to my old address so i don’t understand why nothing i do in my account not work , i do all changes on website not app . Every time i have to connect with assistance and it’s continue 2 years
