Unsolicited Postal Mail

I am receiving postal mail despite my account has always been Not Subscribed. Chat is unavailable. Can't message mods.

This is a violation of my privacy preferences, and I expect immediate action to have my address fully removed from all mailing lists.

If this issue persists, I reserve the right to escalate my concern to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
