Reinstate 4k insider points

I just noticed that over 4k of my insider points expired Jan 1 2023. I’m appalled they actually do this without sending any type of notification or warning. I was previously rouge and then VIB status but slowed down on purchasing due to Covid. I did make a purchase on December 28 2021 so it’s within the 18 month period but I may not have shown my rewards card at time of purchase. I do have credit card statement proof. Will my points be reinstated?

Same! I’ve lost over 2,000 points. My last purchase was February this year. Had over 2,000 then. Never used them and now I have 16. What the heck?! Never received any communication about points being taken away. Perhaps it is time to go all in on Sephora’s competitor.

I'm sorry to hear about your points and that you didn't receive our emails notifying you that your points were going to expire. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.

It doesn’t help that they don’t update their insider rewards for anything really higher than what 1400-1500 and even if you wait until they are supposed to update, nothing ever changes when you refresh. So is it rigged? Do they allow access before others? Is it gone before I even have the chance? I’m sorry you lost that many points. That hurts.
