Refund?

Is it possible to get a refund on a cancelled order or does the card just not get charged?

Hi @ChronicBedhead. For any cancelled or unsuccessful authorization orders, the authorized hold of funds is reversed and released back to your financial institution. Depending on them, it can take 3-7 business days to reflect in your account.
