Refund did not go in my bank account right away.

Today i returned an online purchase in store. I noticed when i checked my bank account the money isn’t there. When i did the return in store i didn’t have to tap my visa debit card i just had to click okay on the machine. When i have done returns at sephora in the past that has not happened. I also never got an email confirming the return and when i sign in here it doesn’t say it’s been returned when i click on the order. Not sure what to do?

did you end up receiving the refund? I have the same issue and I'm wondering how you got it sorted out

@Lyssgould Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. For additional questions about your store return, I would recommend contacting the store directly.
