Recent order

Has the online chat been removed, if I ever have an issue with a order I usually use it, now I don’t know what to use. I ordered a couple products and one was the sol de Janeiro perfume and it had a crack in the bottle. It’s been leaking since I got it. What do I do?

@Elisanicosia The online chat still works.  Sometimes its not available because the chat is too busy or its during their closing time.  They don't have a 24 hour service.  You could always call or email them.
