Received wrong shade

Hi there, I ordered the fresh lip treatment in the shade “honey” (or at least I thought I did). I received this shade today “tulip” and didn’t even notice it until I tried it on. It honestly looked so bad on my pale skin, I’m unsure on what I should do? Do I take it to my local sephora and tell them what happened? Would they take it back? I really don’t want this colour and I am unable to gift it to someone else because I tried it on. Can someone please confirm if I accidentally ordered wrong shade, I’m so lost. I’m unsure if this is my fault. Thanks for your help! Hergi
