Dear Sephora Team,
I hope this
email finds you in good health. I am writing to bring to your attention a concern I have about a negative experience I had with oneof your staff members at your Downtown Miami store (652 NE 2nd Ave, Space 156). I stopped by today and approached an employee by the name of Lady to ask a simple question. She was not assisting anyone at the time, but her response was quite rude. I had traveled across Miami to find a particular perfume and wasn't able to find it in that store, it doesn't hurt to make sure, so I politely asked if they would still have it any chance. Her answer was like "Well, if you couldn't find it, then we obviously don't have it," and she walked away. This interaction was particularly disappointing because I’ve always had positive experiences at Sephora. On many occasions, when a product wasn’t on display, an employee would kindly check the drawers or stockroom and often find it for me and everything would work out just fine.
But the rest of the personnel at this establishment were very friendly, professional, and welcoming.
