I bought this sunscreen early may, used it a few times before getting a terrible reaction to it. I got crazy red spots all around my eyes, which became incredibly swollen, warm and itchy. It is now November and I still experience issues around my eyes and the odd spot around my face quite frequently, and have seen my doctor about this for months and we are still struggling to find a way to help heal my skin.
I had reached out to Sephora about this a month after it happened and nothing was really done, I'm disappointed that people who bought it never heard a single thing from Sephora or Biossance about it.
Last year I used this sunscreen and it gave bumps under my eyes and so much irritation. I recently found out they recalled this sunscreen!
Is there a way I can get a refund

i have 2 tubes of the same product unopened, 1 from April this year and 1 from Nov last year both as part of restock during VIB sale (i bought 4 in total during these 2 sales, 2 left)
Slightly upset that no one really notified customers of anything. couple months ago i even reached out to the online customer service chat to ask if this product was coming back in stock as i've stopped seeing it in store and the agent said no, and when I asked if they know why they said they don't.
Now I am being told by the online help agent (who's lovely and tried to help!) that as I bought mine outside of the 60 days return policy there's nothing they can do.
I developed red welts on my neck, jawline and forearms in Nov/Dec 2022 and had to see a specialist in April as they were getting larger, and as i've not switched products for awhile it didnt even register that this sunscreen (which i loved) might have been the cause.
Wish Sephora would have at least taken the 2 unopened bottles back, Sephora's always had wonderful customer service I am quite dissapointed that I'm basically left to eat the cost and no one told me anything when I specifically asked why this product is no longer getting sold.

can you please help me as well? this sunscreen caused me such an extreme reaction my eyes were swollen shut. one year later im still dealing with the extreme discolouration all over my face and neck from this sunscreen. before it i had even toned skin, and now i am afraid i'll never have that again. i've done hundreds of dollars worth of professional treatments, derm recommended products, been consistent day in and day out but i not recovered from this reaction. biossance ruined my skin and i don't think it'll get better 😞
