REFUND NOW- CANADA POST

An absolutely disgusting company and disgusting customer service. Placed my order before Sephora was telling customers that they were still using Canada post. I assumed the large company would not be this ridiculous. I informed the customer service representative, Brandy, that I require a refund as the website promised a 7-10 day delivery at the time my order was place and it is now over a month! As I will not even be in the country in a month, I require a refund- I am not asking, I am telling. You should not have sent packages out if you could not fulfill proper service. Not to mention the makeup will be sitting in warehouses for months without temperature control. I hope all of us sephora customers like using expired products! 

 

REFUND, NOW. I am so tired of your customer service representatives.

@AllyOnt I'm so sorry to hear that your order has been impacted by the delays. I have sent a request to have you refunded and you should receive an email confirmation once it has been completed.
