Profile/order cannot be loaded error

Ever since someone at a Kohl’s Sephora location did something to my account, I cannot add products to my bag.  Every time I try to add a product an error appears saying profile/order cannot be loaded.   

Is there a way to correct this?

I have this exact issue right now!!! I can’t access my active account! Over a month& they cannot fix it! I have rouge status, over 1200 points! They cannot fix it im livid
