Profile Reset and Link Insider Card

When I recently went into Sephora to pick up my birthday gift, my profile no longer had my birthday associated with it, all of my points were missing, and my old Insider card number did not seem to be linked with my account (which somehow still seemed to exist). I know you need to purchase something every so often to keep your points active, but I had made a purchase back in January and still had all of my points when I made that purchase.
