Poor service for a return in Carrefour Laval

Hello, Yesterday, I went to Sephora Carrefour Laval to exchange a lipstick. I bought this lipstick 3 days ago at the Sephora downtown, but I did not choose the right color (I wanted the color blue powder of the shu uemura brand, but I took the pink one by accident). The tester was not at the right place. So I returned to Carrefour Laval yesterday to take the blue. The cashier examined the lipstick and told me that I had worn it, which I absolutely did not do. She even brought her colleagues to see if the lipstick had been worn, which was really not the case. I really feel bad about this event because I know I didn’t wear it. The cashier was not really nice: she was unkind and made me feel like a liar. I felt like all the people in the waiting line were looking at me. Finally, I did have a refund because the Sephora Carrefour Laval doesn’t have the shu uemura brand. I will have to return to Sephora Downtown to buy another lipstick. I really do not like my experience in Sephora Carrefour Laval and I will not return there. Thank you, Sandrine
