Poor Customer Service

I was approved for a Sephora Credit Card on 4-8-24 and have still not received the credit card.  However I did receive the billing statement thru email.  I have no way to pay the credit card due to not having the account number.  I called customer service and was on hold for a very long time and then was told I could access the account number thru the email.  Not possible!  I regret getting this card.

I'm sorry to hear this! The physical cards are sent out directly by the bank. Please contact Comenity bank so they can assist with this, and resend the card if needed. Please call:
