Points deducted for Play pass adjustment!!

I was reviewing my points and it looks like 150 points was removed from my account yesterday for play! Pass, which I am not even subscribed to. Can you please let me know why they were removed? Thanks, Isha

Hi @keelybt . This also happened to me on 4/23. 50 points taken from me and I don't have Play! Pass. Can you look into this for me or have someone contact me about this? I would like my points back and would be interested in the Play! box if I get it for free as a part of my Rouge status.

my guess is they were trying to guess who wouldn’t notice a few points gone missing 😂

sephora rouge fell off. i tried placing a large “the ordinary” order online today using my 20% off, and apparently it doesn’t apply to the ordinary. so i took most of the items out, and tried checking out with a few things, and then i realized that rouge no longer gets free flash shipping 🤯

Rouge still can receive free flash shipping! It's just that you have a choice now every time you renew rouge status between bonus points and flash shipping. You should see your celebration gifts on the beauty insider page 🙂

Same happened to me. I just made a purchase and would have used my points if I'd known they were going to disappear. I emailed them for an explanation and still don't understand what happened. I am done with Sephora.
