I'm having this same issue! My points keep being deducted for this Play!Pass thing that I never subscribed to and don't even know what it is! Sephora what is going on!

When I went to make a purchase just now, I saw that my points had dramatically dropped. I had just received an email saying I had 343 points and I was going to apply it today. Checking my points, it shows a " Beauty Insider point update Play! Pass Adjustment" removed 200 points on April 23rd and I don't have a Play! Pass. It looks like this happened to a lot of people on the same day. I would like to know why this happened
I just went to go grab some mascara, and its been over a month since my last Sephora trip. I went and they told me I had 144 points. Which was odd cause the last time I checked I was close to 200. I looked at my account and saw that 50 points were removed because of the play pass adjustment. I don’t have play pass. And 50 points is hard earned money I spent at the store. Why were my points removed?

My points were originally 132 pt, but on Apr 23, 50 points were removed with the reasoning "Play! Pass Adjustment". Can you please give me a reason why this happened? I never signed up for Play! Pass and don't even know what that is.
