Points Expire?

I have been a Sephora customer for over 7 years and I'm just finding out that my reward points have expired. I went from having 699 to 0 points. I had no idea this was even a thing and I was planning on making a new purchase soon. Is there any way that this can be fixed and the rewards placed back into my account?

Hi @nerosmum,

That's correct, points will expire if the account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, or redeem a reward, the birthday gift, or a gift card within that time frame. I'll look into this and I'll send you a message.
