Hello,

 

I didn’t realize my points would expire after 12 months. Especially in a pandemic when I’m not spending as much on make-up. I was so excited to use my points toward a post-holiday purchase with a gift card I received, and apparently I’m 2 days late to do this.

 

Please help! I have been loyal for years.
