Play! Sample damaged

hello, I got a sample damaged, looks like everyone got Becca highlighter broken on May Play! by Sephora, what will you guys do about it? The moderator gave me points, but I would really appreciate if you guys could send me another sample as has happened before, points is not enough to repair an item that we are waiting for, I was really excited to get this sample in particular and it came in pieces. thank you
