Phone number / Points

Hello! Today I went to Sephora and bought something in store that still hasn't shown up in my previously purchased, the person at the register asked for my phone number and I gave it to him. My account showed up but I haven't received any confirmation that I did buy the item. I was also participating in a beauty insider challenge and haven't received my points. Is there anything that I or someone can help with.

@riri911 It may take up to 24 hours for the points to be credited. If they're not credited within this timeframe, please let us know. Thanks!

It has been over 24 hours and the points still aren’t there what should I do?
