Pending Order

I placed an order on the 7th of May. Funds were taken. you have informed me previously that the order will be cancelled and that i wouldn't be charged. But my card has been charged and the order is still on PENDING. I've sent you 2 emails before but haven't gotten a reply. How do i cancel my order?
