Payment error

I was trying to purchase a product until it said "Payment error Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct. If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account." Everything I entered was correct and I had enough money on the card. Is there any way to fix this?

I am also having this issue. Nothing on my account was changed nor has any of my information changed at all. I cannot get it to work at all. I have checked over all the info and my credit card doesn't expire until 2027 so idk what the issue is.

I’m having the same problem and I don’t even have a balance to pay. I’ve only been able to use my Sephora card once because of this error.
