Payment Card greyed out?

I have my default card on file, but it's greyed out and I can't pay with it, but also can't delete it? I'm extremely uncomfortable having my card "stuck" on the back end? Has this happened to anyone else? Wondering how to reactivate it, or have it removed?

Hi, I wasn't. I've been having to use PayPal to use the card I want, while it's grayed out in the cards section.
