PayPal charged but no order placed?

Hi,

 

ao so I just placed an order tonight and had some trouble checking out but it eventually processed. I saw the points in my account however there was no order in the order history. So I decided to wait about an hour and now there's still no order and my points went back down but I've still been charged. Is there any way to sss if the order was successful?
