Pay in 4 PayPal online order not showing in "Orders"

Hello. I place a large order online on Sephora.com today. I used the Pay in 4 option for PayPal. The transaction was approved but my order is not showing on the "Recent Orders" page on Sephora.com. I do see a pending transaction on PayPal under "Activity".
Why is my order not showing on Sephora? I called the store location that I ordered from and they also do noi show my order.
