Package undeliverable

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday and I checking the tracking and it says undeliverable. Im wondering if im able to cancel the order???

Thank you! Upon review, it appears that Fleet Optics had trouble delivering the package as they were unable to access the location. I recommend reaching out to Fleet Optics directly to provide them with delivery instructions and any information they may need for a successful delivery. The carrier should attempt to deliver the package 3 times before the package is returned back to us for a refund.

I'm so sorry for this experience and that we are unable to cancel the order at this time.
