Package returned to sender

Hi my package was set to be delivered on May 16th then it was automatically rescheduled for May 17th. May 19th it was processed and returned to the original sender (without my knowledge). No email or anything but yesterday I received an email saying my return was processed (but only for one product). I never even received products to return them and if they were returned why did I only receive a refund for one item I had six items in that order. Can someone please help me understand what’s going on? Thanks!
