Package marked delivered but it wasn't and Sephora doesn't take responsibility.

Hi,

 

I spoke to a Sephora representative this morning because my order was split, and I got literally ONE lipgloss in a box and the rest of my very, very, expensive order wasn't delivered. She said the order was supposed to come in 2 shipments. 

So she said she would submit the request for a refund and that I would get an e-mail with the answer.

 

Now I got an e-mail saying they won't send the products neither refund. How's that even possible? Saying that they aren't responsible for the orders and that "any orders placed will be at your own risk". I've been a Sephora customer for years and I used to trust the company but with the first problem with the order and it is just my problem now?! Very disappointed and frustrated, since I had to save my money to place the order and now Sephora couldn't care less... honestly!! 

 

Were you guys able to solve any problems like this?

This just happened to me as well!

My package keeps showing "Awaiting carrier pickup" for more than a week. I called Sephora and they said they can see it was delivered last week. But I did not get any notification and did not receive the package. How come they delivered it without even update the status! Now Sephora says there's nothing they can do and ask me to contact UPS. So disappointed...
