Package arrives with reward missing!

I recently made a purchase online, and checking out, I used some of my reward points to purchase items from the rewards bazaar. When the package came, the Buxom Lip Polish that I had purchased with points was missing! The receipt shows that the order included this product, and it was subtracted from my overall point total. Buxom Lip Polish purchased with Reward Points - It came empty!
