Package Returned to Sender?

Hi, I recently placed an online order on the 15th, with it getting shipped out and almost delivered to my house. It was estimated to be delivered yesterday the 19th, but was delayed for one business day (i.e. today). However, for some reason UPS decided to send it back to Sephora, with them saying it was due to "the receiver's name being incorrect". Mind you, I have ordered from Sephora a couple times in the past with this same account (as well as from other places), and I have never had this issue. My name and address are on the account, so UPS shouldn't have any issues with delivering it to my address. They did say they would refund me, but I ordered this during the 20% online discount, and these items were meant as a Christmas present for other people. What I'm asking is it is possible to just get the items delivered or reorder it with that discount again while still getting it on time for the 25th?
