Orders not going through

Hello, 

 

I placed an order on Dec 6 and just noticed today that the status was "Unsuccessful Authorization". I tried again today thinking I might have typed in my card info wrong but the same status popped up. I tried it again with another card and it happens again. I check and see that the card payments went through from my bank accounts so I'm not sure why I keep getting "Unsuccessful Authorization". The items I am trying to purchase are also in stock. 

 

Is there something wrong from Sephora's side right now? Thank you in advance!

I'm having the same issue as well. I've tried on both my laptop and my phone since yesterday 1/8. I've tried via PayPal and also just manually entering my card details. I don't get an error message but the order is not processed and I'm taken back to my Sephora basket that still has my items in it.

I’ve been having the same issue, is something going on with Sephora’s payment system? This has been going on for over a month and I’d like to get it solved so I can make my purchases.
